Comparison review
The Blackview MEGA 1 has an overall score of 59.7, which is slightly better than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's 57.6 global score. The Blackview MEGA 1 construction is notably newer and just a little bit thinner than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's, although it's a lot heavier. Both of these tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but Blackview MEGA 1 has the previous 13 version while Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
Blackview MEGA 1 has a display that's just as good as the screen in Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because although the Blackview MEGA 1 has a quite lower pixel number in each screen inch, it also counts with a really larger display and a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels. Blackview MEGA 1 counts with a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because it has 256 GB internal memory and a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 1 TB.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD features a really superior hardware performance than Blackview MEGA 1, although it has 5 GB less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD captures much clearer pictures and videos than Blackview MEGA 1, although it has a camera with way less MP.
Blackview MEGA 1 features a much longer battery lifetime than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because it has 8800mAh of battery capacity against 5100mAh.
