The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 is much better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, having a global score of 65.2 against 57.6. Blackview OSCAL Pad 16's body is notably newer and a little thinner than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's, although it is a lot heavier.
