The Blackview Tab 18 has a global score of 71.2, which is a lot better than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's 57.6 general score. Both tablets in this review have Android operating system, but Blackview Tab 18 has older 13 version and Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Blackview Tab 18's construction has the same thickness than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, but it's much heavier.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a little bit better looking screen than Blackview Tab 18, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1200 x 1920px and a really smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch. The Blackview Tab 18 has just a bit better processing power than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Blackview Tab 18 also has 9 GB more RAM.
Blackview Tab 18 features much more storage capacity for applications and games than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because it has 240 GB more internal memory and an external memory slot that admits up to 1 TB. The Blackview Tab 18 features a very superior battery life than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because it has an 8800mAh battery size against 5100mAh.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD features a much better camera than Blackview Tab 18, although it has a way lower resolution back-facing camera.
