The Huawei MediaPad M2 10-inch is better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, getting a general score of 68.1 against 57.6. Both devices in this review have Android OS, but Huawei MediaPad M2 10-inch has an older 5.1 Lollipop version and Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Huawei MediaPad M2 10-inch's body is just a bit thinner than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, but it's noticeably heavier and was released about 9 months before.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a little more vivid screen than Huawei MediaPad M2 10-inch, because although it has a much smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1200 x 1920px, the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD also counts with a greater pixel number in each inch of display.
