Lenovo ThinkPad 8 is better than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, having a global score of 64.2 against 57.6. Despite being the best in this comparison, the Lenovo ThinkPad 8 construction is somewhat thicker and extremely heavier than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD. The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has Windows 8.1 operating system, and Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD works with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
