Comparison review
The Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus has a global score of 62.2, which is a bit better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's global score of 57.6. Both tablets in this review use the same Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS (operating system). Even though the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus and Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD were released with only 2 months difference, Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus's construction is notably heavier but also a lot thinner.
The Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus has a bit more powerful CPU than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD. Both of them have 3 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus counts with a little sharper screen than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because it has a better resolution of 2560 x 1440, a bigger screen and a little higher pixels quantity in each display inch.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD features a much better camera than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus, although it has a back camera with lot less mega-pixels resolution. The Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus features a very superior memory for apps and games than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, and although they both have a SD memory slot that allows up to 128 GB, the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus also has 32 GB internal storage capacity.
