Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a lot better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, with a 72.2 score against 57.6. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, and Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 construction is much older, incredibly heavier and somewhat thicker than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD.
