Comparison review
The Moto Tab G20 is much better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, getting a 66.3 score against 57.6. Both devices we are comparing here work with Android operating system, but the Moto Tab G20 has 11 version while Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Moto Tab G20's construction is extremely newer and somewhat lighter, but also just a bit thicker than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a bit sharper screen than Moto Tab G20, and although they both have a same size screen, the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD also has a much higher 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution and a better pixels density. Motorola Moto Tab G20 features a much greater storage for games and applications than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because it has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 2 TB and more internal storage capacity.
The Moto Tab G20 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD. Both have a 3 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. Moto Tab G20's battery duration is very similar to the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD one. The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD takes way better photos and videos than Moto Tab G20, and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rates, the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD also has a much higher resolution camera in the back.
