Comparison review
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a score of 65, which is much better than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's 57.6 score. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with Windows 8 operating system, while Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. Even being the best we are comparing here, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 body is way older, a bit thicker and extremely heavier than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with a little faster CPU than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because it has a higher amount of RAM and 6 more CPU cores. The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD features a bit sharper display than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1200 x 1920 and a lot higher display pixel density.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD takes way better videos and photos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rate, the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD also has a camera with lot more mega-pixels. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a really longer battery performance than Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
Despite of being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is also very cheap compared to the other devices.
