Comparison review
The Galaxy Book2 is much better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, having a global score of 81.9 against 57.6. Galaxy Book2 comes with Windows 10 S OS, and Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD works with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. Although the Galaxy Book2 is noticeably heavier than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, it's just a little bit thinner and newer.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Book2, because although it has a really smaller screen and a little worse resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels, it also counts with a better pixel count per display inch. Samsung Galaxy Book2 has a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because it has a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 512 GB and 112 GB more internal storage.
Galaxy Book2 features a little better processing power than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because although it has 2 lesser cores (but faster), it also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Book2 captures a bit better videos and photos than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, and although they both have the same resolution camera in the back, the Samsung Galaxy Book2 also has a larger diafragm aperture for better images and videos in low-light situations and a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
Galaxy Book2 features better battery performance than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because it has a 6120mAh battery capacity.
The Galaxy Book2 costs a lot more than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, but you can get a much better tablet for that few extra dollars.
