The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has an overall score of 65.9, which is much better than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's 57.6 global score. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has 4.2 version and Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
