Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD is just a bit better than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, having a 57.6 score against 57.5. Although Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD is heavier than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, it's notably thinner and also extremely newer. Both of these tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has Android 4.1 version.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has just a bit better display than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because it has a way better 1200 x 1920 resolution, a quite bigger screen and a much higher display pixel density. Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD features a much greater storage for games and applications than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because it has a SD extension slot that allows up to 128 GB and 16 GB internal storage.
