Galaxy Tab E is just a bit better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, getting a general score of 60.7 against 57.6. The Galaxy Tab E body is older, way heavier and just a little bit thicker than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD. These tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab E has the previous 4.4 version while Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
