The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a general score of 74.3, which is a lot better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's 57.6 score. Galaxy Tab S 10.5's body is thinner than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, but it's much heavier and was released 2 years before. These tablets include Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has older 4.4.2 version and Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a bit superior CPU than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD. They have the same RAM memory amount and 8 CPU cores.
