The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 has an overall score of 65.7, which is much better than the Galaxy Tab 8.9's 58.1 score. Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 counts with Android OS, while Galaxy Tab 8.9 has Android 3.0 OS. The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 design is extremely newer, way thinner and lighter than the Galaxy Tab 8.9.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 has a better performing CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has more processing cores. The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 has a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better resolution of 1536 x 2048 and a lot greater display density.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 captures greater photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a much better video quality and a much more MP back-facing camera. Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9's storage capacity for apps and games is very similar to Xiaomi Mi Pad 2's one, they have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 counts with just a bit better battery life than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has 6190mAh of battery capacity.
Despite of being the best tablet in our comparison, Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 is also by far the cheapest one, making it a no doubt choice.
