The Apple iPad 4 has an overall score of 70.8, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi MiPad's general score of 64.4. Even being the best tablet device in this comparison review, Apple iPad 4's design is somewhat thicker and much heavier than Xiaomi MiPad. The Apple iPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x operating system, and Xiaomi MiPad comes with Android operating system.
The Xiaomi MiPad counts with a bit superior processing unit than Apple iPad 4, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and more processing cores. The Xiaomi MiPad and the iPad 4 feature incredibly similar screens, because although the iPad 4 has a bit worse pixels density, and they both have the same exact 1536 x 2048 resolution, it also counts with a larger display.
The Apple iPad 4 captures slightly better videos and photos than Xiaomi MiPad, although it has a worse (Full HD) video resolution, a smaller aperture and a camera with much less MP resolution. The iPad 4 counts with a much greater storage to store more games and applications than Xiaomi MiPad, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal storage.
The Xiaomi MiPad counts with a much longer battery lifetime than iPad 4.
Although Apple iPad 4 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi MiPad, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi MiPad. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get Xiaomi MiPad, letting go a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
