Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus is a bit better than Xiaomi pad 5, getting a general score of 63.1 against 57.7. Both tablets in this review use Android OS (operating system), but the Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus has a newer 7.1 Nougat version and Xiaomi pad 5 has Android 12 version, counting with a lot of extra features and improved performance. Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus is an a lot older and just a bit thicker tablet than Xiaomi pad 5, but Lenovo was able to build it incredibly lighter anyway.
The Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus has a lot better performance than Xiaomi pad 5, although it has 4 GB less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus features a brighter display than Xiaomi pad 5, because although it has a way worse 1200 x 1920 resolution and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little better display pixels density.
Xiaomi pad 5 counts with a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Xiaomi pad 5 features a much better battery lifetime than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, because it has an 80% more battery size.
Xiaomi pad 5 features a greater camera than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, because it has a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera and a lot higher video quality.
