HTC Jetstream is much better than ZTE V98, getting a global score of 63.6 against 53.4. The HTC Jetstream has Android 3.1 operating system, and ZTE V98 comes with Windows 8 Pro operating system. The ZTE V98 has a bit more vivid display than HTC Jetstream, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit more pixels per display inch and a slightly better 768 x 1366 resolution.
