Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has a global score of 66.2, which is a lot better than ZTE V98's 53.4 score. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 comes with Android 4.4.2 OS, while ZTE V98 counts with Windows 8 Pro OS. Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 counts with a little sharper screen than ZTE V98, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a little greater count of pixels per screen inch.
The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 features a superior memory for applications and games than ZTE V98.
