BLU Win JR LTE is a bit better than Acer Liquid, with a 48.4 score against 45. The BLU Win JR LTE counts with Windows Phone, 8.1 OS, and Acer Liquid counts with Android 1.6 OS. BLU Win JR LTE is a notably newer and way thinner cellphone than Acer Liquid, although it's just a bit heavier.
BLU Win JR LTE counts with a better performing processor than Acer Liquid, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores and 256 MB more RAM.
