Comparison review
HTC Hero S has an overall score of 55.8, which is a little bit better than Acer Liquid E1's 50.9 overall score. HTC Hero S is a somewhat thicker phone than Acer Liquid E1, but both of them have the same weight. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but the HTC Hero S has 2.3 version and Acer Liquid E1 has Android 4.1.1 version.
The Acer Liquid E1 has a bit better screen than HTC Hero S, because although it has a quite worse pixel quantity in each inch in the screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 960 x 540, the Acer Liquid E1 also counts with a little bigger display. HTC Hero S counts with a processor that's just as good as the processor in Acer Liquid E1, although the HTC Hero S has less RAM memory and an inferior number of cores.
HTC Hero S counts with much more memory capacity to install applications and games than Acer Liquid E1. They have the same internal memory. The Acer Liquid E1 has just a bit better battery lifetime than HTC Hero S, because it has 1760mAh of battery capacity. The HTC Hero S has a way better camera than Acer Liquid E1. Both of them have the same resolution camera, the same (HD) video resolution and the same video frame rates.
The HTC Hero S not only is the best devices of the ones in this comparison, but it's also a lot cheaper, which makes this phone a great choice.
