Galaxy Note 3 has a general score of 80.7, which is way better than Acer Liquid E2's 55.7 overall score. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 3 has a more recent 5.0 version while Acer Liquid E2 has Android 4.2.1, so it gives you some additional features.
