Comparison review
The HTC Hero has a global score of 45.4, which is slightly better than the Acer M900's 41.2 overall score. HTC Hero is a incredibly lighter and somewhat thinner phone than Acer M900, even though they were only released 4 months apart. HTC Hero comes with Android 2.1 OS, while Acer M900 has Windows Mobile Professional 6.1 OS.
The HTC Hero has a processor that's just as good as the processing unit in Acer M900, and although the HTC Hero has a higher amount of RAM memory, they both have 1 cpu cores. HTC Hero and Acer M900 both have quite similar displays, although the HTC Hero has a bit smaller screen, a way worse 480 x 320 resolution and a lot lower display pixels density.
The HTC Hero counts with a camera that is just as good as the camera in Acer M900, both of them have a same resolution camera in the back. The HTC Hero and Acer M900 have quite similar memory for applications and games, although the HTC Hero has no external memory card slot. Acer M900 features a bit better battery life than HTC Hero, because it has a 13 percent larger battery capacity.
