Xperia TL is just a bit better than Alcatel A50, with a 66.1 score against 60.6. Even being the best cellphone in our current comparison, we must note that it's also a lot older, somewhat thicker and just a little heavier. Both devices we compare here use Android operating system, but Xperia TL has the older 4.1 version and Alcatel A50 has Android 7.0 Nougat version.
Xperia TL counts with a more vivid screen than Alcatel A50, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 1280 x 720px resolution, the Xperia TL also counts with a just a bit higher display density. Alcatel A50 counts with more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia TL, and although they both have the same 16 GB internal storage, the Alcatel A50 also has a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 128 GB.
The Xperia TL's processing unit is very similar to the Alcatel A50 one, because although the Xperia TL has less RAM and 2 lesser 1.5 gigahertz cores, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. Sony Xperia TL captures much better pictures and videos than Alcatel A50. They have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the same resolution back camera and the same video frame rates.
The Alcatel A50 has a way better battery life than Xperia TL, because it has 2800mAh of battery capacity against 1850mAh.
Sony Xperia TL not only is the best phones between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also a bargain compared to the other ones.
