Xperia TL is a bit better than Alcatel OneTouch Idol X, getting a 66.1 score against 60.6. Xperia TL is a heavier and notably thicker phone than the Alcatel OneTouch Idol X. These devices have Android operating system, but the Xperia TL has the older 4.1 version while Alcatel OneTouch Idol X has Android 4.4.2.
The Alcatel OneTouch Idol X has a little sharper screen than Sony Xperia TL, because it has a little larger display, a greater pixels density and a much higher resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Xperia TL's memory capacity to install applications and games is very similar to the Alcatel OneTouch Idol X one, both have exactly the same internal storage capacity and an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 32 GB.
The Alcatel OneTouch Idol X has a bit better processor than Xperia TL, because although it has a slower 384 MHz GPU, it also counts with a greater number of cores and more RAM. Alcatel OneTouch Idol X counts with just a bit better battery life than Xperia TL, because it has an 8% greater battery capacity.
The Xperia TL shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Alcatel OneTouch Idol X, although it has a lower 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and a back-facing camera with a worse resolution.
Despite of being the best phone in our comparison, the Sony Xperia TL is also a bargain compared to others, which makes it an easy decision.
