Comparison review
Samsung Rugby Smart has a global score of 59.4, which is a bit better than Alcatel OneTouch POP Icon's 54.4 general score. The Samsung Rugby Smart design is way lighter but somewhat thicker than the Alcatel OneTouch POP Icon. Both of these devices work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Rugby Smart has an older 2.3.5 version while Alcatel OneTouch POP Icon has Android 4.4.
Samsung Rugby Smart counts with a bit better looking display than Alcatel OneTouch POP Icon, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 800 x 480px and a way smaller display, it also counts with a little bit greater pixel count per screen inch. The Samsung Rugby Smart features as much storage for apps and games as the Alcatel OneTouch POP Icon one, both have exactly the same internal memory capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 32 GB.
Alcatel OneTouch POP Icon counts with a bit better processor than Samsung Rugby Smart, because it has more RAM memory and a higher number of cores. The Alcatel OneTouch POP Icon features improved battery duration than Samsung Rugby Smart, because it has a 2000mAh battery size against 1650mAh. Samsung Rugby Smart shoots much clearer videos and photos than Alcatel OneTouch POP Icon. Both of them have the same 1280x720 (HD) video definition, a same resolution back-facing camera and the same video frame rate.
In addition to being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, the Samsung Rugby Smart is also very cheap compared to the other ones.
