BLU VIVO XL4 is just a bit better than Alcatel OneTouch Snap, with a 60.3 score against 55. Although BLU VIVO XL4 is notably heavier than the Alcatel OneTouch Snap, it's thinner and also extremely newer. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the BLU VIVO XL4 has a newer 8.1 Oreo version while Alcatel OneTouch Snap has Android 4.2 version, so it gives lots of additional features.
