HTC Radar is a little bit better than Alcatel OneTouch X'Pop, with a overall score of 54 against 49.1. HTC Radar's body has the same thickness than Alcatel OneTouch X'Pop, but it's just a little bit lighter. The HTC Radar works with Windows Phone 7.5 Mango 7.5 Mango OS, while Alcatel OneTouch X'Pop comes with Android 4.1 OS.
The HTC Radar's processing unit is very similar to Alcatel OneTouch X'Pop's CPU, because although the HTC Radar has less 1000 megahertz processing cores, and they both have the same RAM memory amount, it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. Alcatel OneTouch X'Pop counts with a bit sharper screen than HTC Radar, because although it has a quite worse pixels number in each screen inch, it also counts with a slightly better 960 x 540 resolution and a bigger display.
HTC Radar captures slightly better photos and videos than Alcatel OneTouch X'Pop. Both have the same video frame rate, a camera in the back with a 5 mega pixels resolution and the same (HD) video definition. HTC Radar counts with a very superior memory for games and applications than Alcatel OneTouch X'Pop, although it has no SD memory card expansion slot.
Alcatel OneTouch X'Pop features better battery lifetime than HTC Radar, because it has a 1800mAh battery size against 1520mAh.
