The HTC Radar has a score of 54, which is just a bit better than the Alcatel OneTouch X'Pop's global score of 49.3. HTC Radar works with Windows Phone 7.5 Mango 7.5 Mango operating system, while Alcatel OneTouch X'Pop counts with Android 4.1 operating system. Even though HTC Radar is older than the Alcatel OneTouch X'Pop, it's body is a little bit thinner and just a bit lighter.

The HTC Radar and Alcatel OneTouch X'Pop both feature similar processors, because although the HTC Radar has a lower number of 1 GHz cores, and they both have a 512 MB RAM, it also counts with an additional graphics processor. Alcatel OneTouch X'Pop features a bit sharper display than HTC Radar, because although it has a little bit less pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a bigger screen and a slightly better 960 x 540 resolution.
