Samsung Galaxy S4 has a general score of 76.1, which is a bit better than the Amazon Fire Phone's global score of 69.6. Samsung Galaxy S4 is an older cellphone than Amazon Fire Phone, but it is thinner and somewhat lighter anyway. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S4 has newer 4.4.2 version and Amazon Fire Phone has Android 4.2.2, counting with some nice extra features and some performance improvements.
The Amazon Fire Phone has just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy S4, and although they both have 2 GB of RAM memory and a Quad-Core processor, the Amazon Fire Phone also has a better graphics co-processor. The Galaxy S4 features a little bit better camera than Amazon Fire Phone, although it has a smaller camera aperture, they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates, the same (Full HD) video quality and a camera in the back with a 13 mega-pixels resolution.
Even being the best phone in our current comparison, Galaxy S4 is also cheaper than the other phone.
