Samsung Galaxy M31 is a bit better than iPhone 11 Pro Max, with a general score of 86.5 against 85.3. The Samsung Galaxy M31 counts with Android 11 operating system, and iPhone 11 Pro Max works with iOS 15.x operating system. Even though Samsung Galaxy M31 and the iPhone 11 Pro Max were only released with a few months difference, Samsung Galaxy M31's body is just a little thicker but lighter than the iPhone 11 Pro Max.
