IPhone 13 Pro Max's design is noticeably newer than the Apple iPhone 7 Plus's, although it is way heavier and just a little bit thicker. The iPhone 13 Pro Max has a little bit better screen than iPhone 7 Plus, because it has a larger screen, a little more pixels per inch of display and a higher 1284 x 2778 resolution.
Apple iPhone 7 Plus counts with much more storage to install games and applications than iPhone 13 Pro Max, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity. IPhone 13 Pro Max counts with a greater hardware performance than Apple iPhone 7 Plus, because it has more cores, a larger amount of RAM memory and a 64 bits CPU.
