IPhone 13 Pro Max is better than Huawei P20, with a 93.2 score against 78.1. IPhone 13 Pro Max's construction has the same thickness than Huawei P20, but it is noticeably heavier. The iPhone 13 Pro Max works with iOS 15.x OS, and Huawei P20 counts with Android 9.0 Pie OS. Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max counts with a bit better looking screen than Huawei P20, because it has a larger display, a just a little greater pixels density and a better 1284 x 2778 pixels resolution.
Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max counts with a faster CPU than Huawei P20, because although it has 2 lesser processing cores , it also counts with a 64-bits CPU and 2 GB more RAM.
