IPhone 14 Plus has a score of 92.2, which is much better than Sony Xperia 5's global score of 81. IPhone 14 Plus's body is extremely newer and just a bit thinner than Sony Xperia 5's, although it's somewhat heavier. Apple iPhone 14 Plus counts with a superior processing unit than Sony Xperia 5, because although it has lesser CPU cores (but faster), and they both have a 6 GB RAM, the Apple iPhone 14 Plus also counts with a 64-bit processor.
Apple iPhone 14 Plus has a little sharper display than Sony Xperia 5, because it has a bit more pixels per inch of display, a little bit bigger display and a slightly higher resolution of 1284 x 2778 pixels. Xperia 5 counts with a lot bigger memory for games and applications than iPhone 14 Plus, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Xperia 5 also has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
The iPhone 14 Plus features a much longer battery performance than Sony Xperia 5, because it has a 4325mAh battery capacity. Apple iPhone 14 Plus counts with a bit better camera than Xperia 5, and although they both have a back facing camera with a 12 mega pixels resolution and the same (4K) video resolution, the Apple iPhone 14 Plus also has a larger aperture and better 60 fps video frame rates.
The iPhone 14 Plus is a little more expensive than Sony Xperia 5, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
