The LG Velvet is better than Apple iPhone 5s, with an 87.1 score against 75.5. LG Velvet's construction is noticeably newer than Apple iPhone 5s's, but it's a lot heavier and just a bit thicker. The LG Velvet features a bit better performance than Apple iPhone 5s, because although it has a 32-bit CPU instead of 64-bits and doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a larger number of faster cores.
The iPhone 5s has a bit sharper display than LG Velvet, although it has a just a little inferior quantity of pixels per inch of display, a way worse resolution of 1136 x 640 and a way smaller display. LG Velvet shoots a lot better videos and photos than Apple iPhone 5s, because it has a larger aperture, a camera in the back with much more megapixels, a way bigger back-facing camera sensor which offers a much better photo and video quality and a lot better video definition.
LG Velvet has a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games than iPhone 5s, because it has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1,95 TB and more internal storage. LG Velvet counts with a much better battery lifetime than iPhone 5s, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity.
The LG Velvet is a little more expensive than Apple iPhone 5s, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
