IPhone 7 is a little bit better than the iPhone 5s, getting an 81.6 score against 75.5. IPhone 7's design is newer and just a bit thinner than iPhone 5s's, although it's heavier. IPhone 5s features a bit faster CPU than iPhone 7, because although it has an inferior number of slower cores and 1 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bit processor and a graphics co-processor.
The Apple iPhone 5s counts with a bit better display than iPhone 7, although it has much less brightness, a quite smaller screen and a little bit lower resolution of 1136 x 640 pixels, they both have the same display pixel density. IPhone 7 has a much better camera than iPhone 5s, and although they both have the same sensor size, the iPhone 7 also has a larger aperture for better photography and videos in poorly lited environments, a back-facing camera with lot more mega pixels and a much higher video quality.
The iPhone 7 counts with a much greater memory for applications and games than Apple iPhone 5s, because it has 192 GB more internal memory. Apple iPhone 7 has greater battery life than iPhone 5s, because it has a 25% larger battery capacity.
Although iPhone 7 is a better device, it costs a lot more than iPhone 5s, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as iPhone 5s. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the iPhone 7, otherwise you can save some money and buy the iPhone 5s, resigning some specifications.
