Samsung Galaxy Alpha has an overall score of 76.3, which is a bit better than the iPhone 5s's 75.5 global score. Samsung Galaxy Alpha's body is thinner but a bit heavier than the iPhone 5s. Samsung Galaxy Alpha comes with Android 4.4.4 OS, and iPhone 5s has iOS 8.x OS. Samsung Galaxy Alpha has a bit better processor than Apple iPhone 5s, because although it has a 32-bits processing unit instead of 64-bits and a worse graphics processing unit, it also counts with more CPU cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
IPhone 5s counts with just a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because although it has a bit worse 1136 x 640px resolution and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better pixels density. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Alpha, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the iPhone 5s, letting go some specifications.
