Comparison review
The Xperia 5 is a bit better than iPhone 6 Plus, with an 81 score against 80.4. Xperia 5 is a much newer and a bit lighter phone than iPhone 6 Plus, although it is also somewhat thicker. The Sony Xperia 5 counts with a little faster CPU than iPhone 6 Plus, because although it has a 32-bits processor instead of 64-bits and doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with 5 GB more RAM memory and a higher number of faster cores.
IPhone 6 Plus features a brighter screen than Xperia 5, although it has a bit lower 1920 x 1080px resolution, a just a little worse pixel density and a little bit smaller screen. Xperia 5 has a very superior memory for applications and games than iPhone 6 Plus, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Xperia 5 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
Sony Xperia 5 has a little better battery lifetime than iPhone 6 Plus, because it has an 8 percent greater battery size. The Sony Xperia 5 captures a bit better photos and videos than iPhone 6 Plus, because it has a bigger back camera sensor taking higher quality videos and photos, a much bigger camera aperture for better photos in low light situations, a lot higher (4K) video resolution and a lot more mega pixels camera in the back.
Although Xperia 5 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Apple iPhone 6 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Apple iPhone 6 Plus. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Xperia 5, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Apple iPhone 6 Plus, giving up some specs and features.
