The iPhone 8 has a score of 85, which is a little bit better than the Apple iPhone 6s Plus's overall score of 84.2. IPhone 8's design has the same thickness than the Apple iPhone 6s Plus, but it's incredibly lighter. The iPhone 6s Plus features a brighter screen than Apple iPhone 8, because although it has way more opaque display, it also counts with a just a little higher amount of pixels per inch in the display, a larger screen and a lot better 1920 x 1080 resolution.
The Apple iPhone 8 counts with a bit more powerful CPU than iPhone 6s Plus, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, and they both have a 64 bits CPU and the same RAM memory amount, the Apple iPhone 8 also counts with a larger number of cores. IPhone 8 counts with just a bit better camera than iPhone 6s Plus, and although they both have the same video quality, a 12 megapixels resolution camera and the same back camera sensor size, the iPhone 8 also has better video frame rates and a bigger camera aperture.
Apple iPhone 8 features much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than iPhone 6s Plus, because it has 128 GB more internal memory capacity. The iPhone 6s Plus features a much better battery lifetime than Apple iPhone 8, because it has 2750mAh of battery capacity instead of 1821mAh.
Although iPhone 8 is a better device, it costs more than iPhone 6s Plus, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as iPhone 6s Plus. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy iPhone 8, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the iPhone 6s Plus, letting go some specifications.
