The Galaxy M31 has a general score of 86.5, which is a bit better than Apple iPhone 6s Plus's 84.2 overall score. The Galaxy M31 design is much newer and just a bit lighter, but also somewhat thicker than Apple iPhone 6s Plus. Galaxy M31 works with Android 11 operating system, and Apple iPhone 6s Plus works with iOS 9.x operating system.
The Apple iPhone 6s Plus counts with a bit faster processor than Samsung Galaxy M31, because although it has less RAM memory and 6 less and slower cores, it also counts with a 64-bit CPU and a graphics processing unit. The iPhone 6s Plus has a brighter display than Samsung Galaxy M31, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per display inch, a quite lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little bit more display brightness.
