The iPhone 6s is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, with a score of 83 against 81.5. The iPhone 6s comes with iOS 9.x operating system, while Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has Android 13 operating system. The iPhone 6s features a much better processing power than Galaxy S23 Ultra, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and a lower number of cores , it also counts with a 64 bits processor and an additional graphics co-processor.
