Apple iPhone 6s has a score of 83, which is slightly better than Xperia XZ3's 79.6 general score. Apple iPhone 6s comes with iOS 9.x operating system, and Xperia XZ3 works with Android 9.0 Pie operating system. The Apple iPhone 6s construction is a lot lighter and incredibly thinner than Xperia XZ3, despite of the fact that it was released 3 years before.
The iPhone 6s counts with a little better performance than Sony Xperia XZ3, because although it has an inferior number of cores and also slower and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a 64-bits CPU and a GPU. Xperia XZ3 has a little more vivid display than iPhone 6s, because it has a lot higher 1440 x 2880 resolution, a bigger screen, way more pixels per inch of display and a quite brighter screen.
The Xperia XZ3 has a greater storage to install applications and games than iPhone 6s, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a much better battery duration than iPhone 6s, because it has a 3330mAh battery size.
The Xperia XZ3 has a bit better camera than Apple iPhone 6s, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Xperia XZ3 also has a back camera with way more megapixels, a larger aperture for better images and videos in low-light situations and a lot bigger camera sensor shooting lot better quality photos.
The iPhone 6s is not only the best phones of the ones we are comparing, but it's also by far the cheapest, making it an easy decision.
