IPhone 7 Plus has a score of 83.8, which is a little bit better than Google Pixel 3's 80 overall score. IPhone 7 Plus's body is just a bit thinner than Google Pixel 3, although it is notably heavier and was released many years before. The Google Pixel 3 has just a bit better processing power than iPhone 7 Plus, because it has a greater number of cores and more RAM.
The Apple iPhone 7 Plus counts with a slightly better looking screen than Google Pixel 3, although it has a little lower pixels amount in each inch in the display and a quite lower 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution, they both have a screen with the same size. Google Pixel 3 counts with a slightly better camera than iPhone 7 Plus, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same video definition and a F1.8 camera aperture, the Google Pixel 3 also has a bigger sensor capturing better quality videos and pictures and a more mega pixels back facing camera.
Apple iPhone 7 Plus counts with a much better memory to install applications and games than Google Pixel 3, because it has more internal memory. Google Pixel 3 counts with a battery duration that's just as good as iPhone 7 Plus's battery performance, although the Google Pixel 3 also has a 1% more battery capacity.
Although Apple iPhone 7 Plus is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Google Pixel 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel 3. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Apple iPhone 7 Plus, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Google Pixel 3, giving up a couple features and specs.
