The iPhone 7 Plus is slightly better than the LG Q70, having a general score of 83.8 against 77.9. IPhone 7 Plus's design is a little thinner and just a little lighter than LG Q70, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. IPhone 7 Plus counts with a bit more powerful processor than LG Q70, although it has 4 lesser processing cores (but faster) and a smaller amount of RAM memory.
Apple iPhone 7 Plus features a bit more vivid screen than LG Q70, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a little better screen pixel density. The LG Q70 features a bigger storage for games and applications than iPhone 7 Plus, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that supports up to 1,95 TB.
The LG Q70 has a much longer battery duration than iPhone 7 Plus, because it has a 4000mAh battery size. The LG Q70 has a better camera than iPhone 7 Plus, and although they both have the same video frame rates, a F1.8 camera aperture and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the LG Q70 also has a lot more mega pixels camera and a larger sensor capturing better quality videos and photos.
Although iPhone 7 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG Q70, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG Q70. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the LG Q70, giving up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
