IPhone 7 Plus is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, getting a overall score of 83.8 against 81.6. IPhone 7 Plus's construction is noticeably newer and somewhat thinner, but also a little bit heavier than Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Galaxy Note 4 has a sharper display than iPhone 7 Plus, because it has a quite larger screen, a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a greater quantity of pixels per inch of screen.
The Galaxy Note 4 has a bit better CPU than Apple iPhone 7 Plus, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM and the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note 4 also has an extra graphics processing unit. The Apple iPhone 7 Plus features a much bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 counts with a bit better battery duration than Apple iPhone 7 Plus, because it has a 3220mAh battery capacity instead of 2900mAh. The Galaxy Note 4 takes a bit better videos and photos than Apple iPhone 7 Plus, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for capturing photos in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Galaxy Note 4 also counts with a way more mega pixels back facing camera and a bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Although iPhone 7 Plus is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Note 4. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the iPhone 7 Plus, otherwise you can save some money and get the Galaxy Note 4, resigning a couple specifications.
