Comparison review
IPhone 7 Plus has an overall score of 83.8, which is just a bit better than Galaxy S5's 80.8 general score. Although the iPhone 7 Plus is noticeably heavier than Galaxy S5, it's a bit thinner and also newer. The Galaxy S5 counts with a better looking screen than iPhone 7 Plus, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 1920 x 1080px resolution, the Galaxy S5 also counts with a higher pixels number per inch of display.
The iPhone 7 Plus features much more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S5, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. The Galaxy S5 counts with a bit more powerful processor than iPhone 7 Plus, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM and 4 processing cores, the Galaxy S5 also has a GPU.
The iPhone 7 Plus features just a bit better battery duration than Galaxy S5, because it has 2900mAh of battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy S5 takes clearer pictures and videos than Apple iPhone 7 Plus, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low-light images, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy S5 also counts with a camera with a much better 16 mega-pixels resolution and a larger back camera sensor which provides a higher image and video quality.
Although Apple iPhone 7 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S5, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S5. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Apple iPhone 7 Plus, otherwise you can save some money and get the Galaxy S5, letting go some features and specifications.
