Despite of the fact the iPhone 7 Plus is noticeably older and a little bit heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, it's design is still somewhat thinner. The Apple iPhone 7 Plus counts with a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, although it has a lower number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM memory.
The Apple iPhone 7 Plus counts with a slightly better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because although it has a little lower 1080 x 1920px resolution and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a quite more screen brightness and a bit higher pixels density.
