The Apple iPhone 7 counts with a way bigger memory capacity for applications and games than OnePlus 8, because it has more internal memory. OnePlus 8 features a little bit better performance than iPhone 7, because it has more RAM memory and a higher number of cores. OnePlus 8 captures a lot better videos and photos than Apple iPhone 7, and although they both have the same video quality and a F1.8 aperture, the OnePlus 8 also has a much larger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a camera in the back with much more megapixels and higher video frame rate.
OnePlus 8 counts with a much longer battery life than iPhone 7, because it has a 119% larger battery size.
Although iPhone 7 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than OnePlus 8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as OnePlus 8. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the OnePlus 8, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
