Comparison review
Apple iPhone 8 is a little bit better than the Google Pixel, with a overall score of 85 against 80.2. Apple iPhone 8 is a newer and somewhat thinner device than the Google Pixel, although it is a little bit heavier. IPhone 8 features a superior hardware performance than Google Pixel, because although it has lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bit CPU and a greater number of faster cores.
Google Pixel and Apple iPhone 8 count with extremely similar screens, although the Google Pixel also has a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 1920px, a higher amount of pixels per inch in the display and a little larger display. Apple iPhone 8 counts with a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Pixel, because it has more internal memory capacity.
Google Pixel has a much better battery performance than iPhone 8, because it has 2770mAh of battery capacity instead of 1821mAh. The Apple iPhone 8 has a slightly better camera than Google Pixel, because although it has a lot smaller sensor which offers a lot lower image and video quality, a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a back-facing camera with a worse 12 mega-pixels resolution, it also counts with a bigger aperture to take better captures and video in poorly lited environments.
Although iPhone 8 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Google Pixel, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Google Pixel, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
