Comparison review
The iPhone 8 has a general score of 85, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active's score of 80.9. The iPhone 8 and the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active have similar CPUs, and although the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has a greater amount of RAM, an additional graphics co-processor and a greater number of cores , they both have a 64-bit processing unit.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Active features an incredibly better display than Apple iPhone 8, because it has a quite larger screen, a much higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and way more pixels per inch in the screen. The Apple iPhone 8 features a better camera than Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has a worse (4K) video resolution, a tinier back camera sensor shooting lower quality videos and photos and a lot less mega pixels back-facing camera, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture for better photography and video in poorly lited environments.
The Apple iPhone 8 has much more memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. The Galaxy S6 Active counts with a much longer battery life than Apple iPhone 8, because it has a 92 percent greater battery size.
Although Apple iPhone 8 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S6 Active, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy S6 Active. If you want to save some money, you can get the Galaxy S6 Active, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your money.
